Pain Point - the 'Why?' (250characters):
Every minute, ten Americans are diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension or depression. Health education has been shown to improve patient outcomes for chronic, preventable disease by 50-80%, based upon a recent meta-analysis of more than 500 studies.
Mechanism - the 'What?' (250characters):
Free clinics, who lack the resources necessary for health education, are where we can make the most impact because research shows that health education is most effective for the least advantaged members of society.
Implementation - the 'How?' (250characters):
Anjna has partnered with more than 40 free clinics in California to provide health education, with more than 10,000 patients educated monthly.
